Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading due diligence teams.
  • Drafting and negotiating transaction (e.g. SPAs, SHAs) and other legal documents.
  • Supporting Counsels and Partners.
  • Actively participating in negotiations.
  • Communicating with other Clifford Chance offices or external counsels.
  • Actively participating in client sector groups.

We expect from a candidate:

  • Attorney-at-law registered at Czech Bar Association.
  • 3 – 6 years of experience in corporate law and M&A, including Energy M&A.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Client oriented person.
  • A proactive working attitude.
  • Enthusiasm for corporate law.
  • A team player with a strong work ethic.
  • Strong sense of responsibility.
