The role

 

Secretarial/Administration Services

  • Processing expense claims
  • Handling telephone calls
  • Printing/copying/binding/mailing
  • DPU liaison where applicable
  • Preparing bibles
  • Post-closing activities
  • Archiving documents where applicable
  • Performing CR search
  • Updating of listing rules where applicable
  • Updating distribution lists/telephone lines
  • Assisting with order bookings
  • Arranging payment requisition
  • Assisting in calendar management
  • Assisting with inbox management
  • Providing team coverage

BD Support Services

  • Assisting with InterAction entries

Meeting Arrangement

  • Arranging Practice/group meetings
  • Arranging Practice/group training
  • Arranging Practice/group dinner/lunches/drinks
  • Arranging other external/internal meeting
  • Greeting visitors and ensuring visitors requests are met
  • Collecting seminar questionnaire summaries
  • Arranging external seminar applications

Travel Arrangement

  • Arranging straight forward point to point flight booking
  • Arranging taxi booking
  • Arranging train tickets

Projects

  • Providing support for Projects as required

Qualifications

Your experience

 

  • Good command of spoken/written English
  • Adaptable, able and willing to learn to navigate new systems. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with knowledge of local language typing an advantage
  • Able to take initiative, has a sense of responsibility, polite and with positive working attitude
  • Strong team player
