Job Description

The Senior Designer is responsible for supporting the Creative Lead in executing the creative vision and ensuring the delivery of high-quality design outputs that align with the firm's brand and strategic objectives. This role involves collaborating closely with the Creative Lead and Studio Manager to maintain the firm's design standards and contribute to the development of innovative design solutions.

You will interpret design briefs, develop creative concepts, and execute design projects across various media, ensuring adherence to the firm's brand governance and standards. Your role will involve working on both internal and client-facing projects, contributing to the firm's client and careers experience touchpoints.

You will be a skilled designer with a proven ability to deliver high-quality outputs that support the brand strategy. You will have experience working with senior stakeholders and contributing to major brand initiatives, campaigns, and strategies.

You will be proficient in design-related technologies, including Adobe Creative Suite, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint, and will be adept at using advanced digital templates. You will also be involved in the curation and enablement of evolving AI-based technologies for design workflows and production, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to global brand governance standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee all design projects from conception to delivery.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand design requirements.
  • Ensure designs meet brand standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 7 years in a design role
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design expertise.
