Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • To produce client worthy documents as per client's steer ensuring quality
  • To carry out work smoothly and efficiently
  • Perform quality checks on the documents
  • Communicate with clients over emails to handle queries
  • To continue to develop speed, accuracy
  • To maintain confidentiality of all official information
  • To have good co-ordination with Team members/colleagues
  • To understand, use and contribute best practices for production
  • To assist Team lead/Studio Manager in training new recruits
  • To follow proper file and paper management
  • To understand client instructions and visualize the design
  • Design quality output based on client briefing
  • Provide proper briefing/instructions to the team to create Hi-End design
  • Generate design standards for production
  • Develop templates
  • Review (QC) final screen designs for design integrity and feasibility.

Qualifications

Skills & Experience

  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe InDesign (ver CS2, CS3/CS4), QuarkXpress (ver 7/8) and MS Office (2003/2007)
  • Any graduate with at least 2 – 4 yrs experience in DTP work
  • Good sense of typesetting, aesthetics, design, layout and color
  • Should be comfortable to work in shifts
  • High level of positive attitude
  • Solid time management skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Professional approach to problem solving
  • Having sharp design and layout sense
