The Role
As a skilled Graphics Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our global offices as part of our dynamic team. As the backbone of our visual communication efforts, you'll craft compelling marketing materials and presentations in line with our esteemed house style. With expertise in design tools and a commitment to excellence, you'll ensure timely delivery while upholding confidentiality. Your flexibility and attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining brand consistency and optimizing workflow efficiency.
- Produce client-worthy marketing and communication materials in line with Clifford Chance House style, making design judgements on layout, color scheme, visual tools, and photography using relevant Creative Cloud applications.
- Craft visually engaging PowerPoint presentations and pitch documents tailored to match your house style. Utilising strategic layout designs and graphical elements.
- Execute tasks seamlessly and effectively by employing best practices, and adeptly managing tight deadlines with ease.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts based on business requirements while maintaining effective coordination with team members and colleagues.
- Adhere to production processes, guidelines, and checklists while comprehending client instructions to visualise and produce high-quality designs according to briefing. Develop design standards for production.
- Develop templates to create visually appealing and user-friendly designs for various projects.
- Conduct quality control reviews on final design output to ensure integrity and feasibility. Prioritize client work, ensuring sufficient time is allocated for spot checks and QC as necessary.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring work aligns with brand standards. Liaise with clients and the Visual Identity team to maintain brand consistency and expand design layouts.
- In the absence of the main Workflow Coordinator, it's crucial to ensure smooth work transitions, prioritize client tasks, and optimize job turnaround times. This means making accurate estimations, setting realistic deadlines, and closely monitoring workloads for efficient operations.
- Ensure clear and effective communication with workflow, global offices, stakeholders, and team members to understand project requirements and deliver impactful design solutions.
Qualifications
Your Experience
- Proficiency in widely used design software and tools, with a specific emphasis on Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Additionally, proficiency in video editing skills using After Effects and Premiere Pro is a valuable asset.
- It is essential to have a solid foundation in the Microsoft 365 Suite, particularly in PowerPoint.
- Candidates must be graduates with a minimum of 4 years' experience in Graphic Design (Print and Digital) and have experience working within strict corporate branding guidelines. Additionally, they should possess the creative ability to deliver bespoke client material as required.
- A keen attention to detail enhances one's mastery of visualization, typesetting, aesthetics, design, layout, and color theory, elevating their work to new heights of excellence.
- Should have strong time and project management skills to effectively navigate working in a tight deadline, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and with precision
