Job Description
As an accomplished Video and Animation Specialist, you'll be playing an essential role in shaping our global presence. You'll craft engaging videos from raw footage, spanning promotions to campaigns, and create eye-catching graphics and animations. Your expertise ensures timely delivery with confidentiality, maintaining brand consistency and workflow efficiency.
- Edit raw footage into engaging and cohesive videos, including but not limited to promotional videos, marketing demonstrations, tutorials, and more.
- Create eye-catching graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance the visual appeal of our videos.
- Collaborate with the team members to craft compelling narratives and stories that resonate with our target audience.
- Ensure high-quality audio for videos by editing, mixing, and syncing audio tracks and sound effects.
- Maintain an organized digital library of video assets, ensuring easy access for future projects and team members.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing software and tools to improve workflow efficiency and video quality.
- Review and refine video content to ensure it meets the firm's standards and aligns with the brand's visual identity.
- Work closely with the creative team, including videographers, graphic designers, and content creators, to bring video projects to life.
- Interact with clients to understand their video requirements and provide solutions to meet their needs.
- Embrace feedback and make revisions based on input from team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within the timeframe, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in video editing and production.
- Regular meetings with Managers and timely escalation of issues and concerns.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in widely used video editing software and tools, with a specific emphasis on Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effect and Premier Pro.
- It is essential to have a solid foundation in the Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Able to create and assist with the storyboarding and production process.
- Candidates must be graduates with a minimum of 5 years experience in Video and Animation.
- Good sense of visualization, typesetting, aesthetics, design, layout and color theory.
- Proven experience as a video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Should be comfortable working in different shifts as per business needs.
- Training Graphic Designers with video editing skills to help develop their skills.
- Supervise the video output of Graphic Design colleagues
- Should have strong time and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Critical problem-solving abilities.
