The Role
Visual Identity Specialist will be at the very centre of the quality and consistency of the way in which Clifford Chance presents and delivers its Visual Identity on a broad range of creative and templated marketing activities. His/her assistance will ensure that the firm's marketing across all channels delivers our marketing objectives in a highly efficient and well organised global team with an international and progressive mindset.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Clifford Chance Visual Identity including:
- Desktop templates in MS PPT and MS Word
- Identity Point – updating this platform for our Brand Asset Management as a hub of reference, guidance and best practice
- Provide advice and guidance on brand consistency as relates to all our marketing, including digital, events, gifts, print and workspace
- Ensure the firm's Visual Identity remains contemporary, bringing in best practice in creative design
- Application of the firm's Visual Identity to proprietary and third party applications
- Speaking directly to stakeholders in all our offices about the firm's Visual Identity and onboarding new users of the firm's Delhi DTP Design team
- Use and application of the firm's logotype by third parties is done in line with firm guidelines
- Creative concept and campaign development
- Review and oversight of the output of marketing colleagues for the consistency of this work with the firm's Visual Identity – and address shortcomings in a proactive and collegiate way.
Your experience
- Project management
- Implementing brand strategy and providing creative concepts and designs for the different campaigns from our global offices.
- Ensuring effective and efficient coordination between design teams (Brand, Digital Marketing, DTP Design and PPT Design) and client creative inputs.
- Work closely with the team to visually explain data findings, including infographics.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe collections, InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Excellent understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, in English
- Strong presenting and training skills
- A team player, who is also self-motivated
- Experience of working in a professional services environment or similar.
