Skills:

  • You will have strong communication and interpersonal capabilities to include robust and effective influencing skills both with colleagues and internal clients at all levels, and communicate confidently and clearly both verbally and in writing.
  • You will be highly numerate with the ability to interpret complex financial models with knowledge of key decisions and their impact on the P&L.
  • You will demonstrate full appreciation of need to focus on high value work to maximise financial benefit to the business.
  • You will have the ability to adapt your communication, influencing and negotiation techniques to achieve the desired outcome.
  • You will demonstrate excellent judgment and self-motivation.  
  • You will have the ability to deliver results with little supervision, with the ability to prioritize tasks across multiple projects.
  • You will have the ability to maintain close contact with colleagues, ensuring you are fostering collaborative and inclusive connections across the firm.
  • You will have good working knowledge of project management software programmes.
  • You will also have the ability to travel globally, and on occasion at short notice.

Experience:

  • Experience in construction and Project management environments and to include a recognised Project Management qualification (PRINCE, APM).
  • Substantial experience preferably within a CRE team at an office-based corporate occupier, Landlord, or consultancy environment
  • Ability to work across the business and with external suppliers to achieve results, obtaining consensus in order to get things done.
  • Ability to have a thorough grasp of business requirements and the ability to manage client relationships and expectations within tight deadlines and against a background of changing business needs.
  • Familiar with progressive occupancy strategies, ESG and smart buildings standards.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable experience preferably gained within a Corporate Real Estate or other office real estate role either within an occupier, Landlord, or consultancy environment. 
  • Background in Architecture/Design also highly desired.
