The Role

Job Overview

You will play a central role in the implementation of the digital learning strategy and learning technologies roadmap (including LMS, content and LXP), and day-to-day management of the Global CC Academy Curriculum.

Through best practice and thought leadership, you will bring innovative ideas and solutions on how we continue to evolve and modernise our overall learning offering through the academy.

 

Who you will work with

Across the global network, you will directly work with the business and your colleagues in the Learning & Leadership Development Team.  You will also work closely with key stakeholders and teams including regional HR, Clients, Markets & Products, Talent Management and Finance. 

 

What you will be responsible for

You will be responsible for working with the business to enable and improve individual and Firm performance aligned with the Firm's strategic objectives. You will work as a key member of the global Learning and Leadership Development Centre of Excellence and will be specifically responsible for the design, development, and implementation of digital solutions to enhance our global Learning and Leadership Development content, in relation to signature programmes and other programmes and initiatives as directed.

You will ensure our LMS, digital platforms and global curriculum offer a world-class learner experience, and we have a strong ongoing communication and engagement plan to continuously promote what's on offer. 

You will develop the KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of our learning offering.

 

What you will do

Implementation of the digital learning strategy and learning technologies roadmap (including LMS, content and LXP).

Support learning needs analysis.

Data analysis for tracking and gather insights on learner experience and areas for improvement.

Implementation and maintenance of learning pathways for lawyers and business professionals.

Co-design and delivery of digital solutions to support academy offering and milestone courses.

Day to day management of the global learning curriculum, including budget tracking, communications, and ongoing engagement planning.

Supplier management, including onboarding, contract management and relationship management.

Liaising with IT, Data and AI, and Risk and Compliance teams to understand learning requirements and co-design solutions.

Supporting strategic projects.

Leveraging external trends/content/suppliers to deliver market leading development solutions.


Qualifications

Your experience 

Skills

You will have strong written and communication skills enabling you to build relationships with people at all levels, leveraging and developing on your internal network.   You will have a flexible and effective communication style, to ensure communication strategies promote inclusivity and diversity.

You will have the ability, knowledge and credibility to deliver training sessions in person, virtually and in blended learning environments.

 

Experience

You will be able to demonstrate experience within a Learning and Development role for professionals with some experience of coaching.

You will have experience with LMS systems and technology that supports training delivery and implementation. 

 

Knowledge

You will be able to design and develop bespoke training and assessments drawing on an in-depth knowledge of needs analysis, processes and best practices. Experience with psychometric instruments is a plus.

You will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the firm and be committed to keeping up to date with developments.

Hybrid Working

This role follows our 'balanced' hybrid working approach and as long as business needs allow, you will be supported to work in a hybrid way with the expectation of working from the office for a minimum of 50% of your time.
